Welcome to Smither, Inc. (“Smither,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate the Smither payment platform available at https://www.smitherpay.com (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

  • Use Smither for illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
  • Access the Service from or on behalf of prohibited jurisdictions, including OFAC-sanctioned countries.
  • Interfere with or attempt to compromise the Service or other accounts.

Prohibited Jurisdictions: The Service is not available in countries where crypto or electronic money services are restricted or prohibited, including jurisdictions subject to sanctions.

Fees

Transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to each payment confirmation.

Compliance (AML / KYC)

Smither complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

  • You may be required to provide identification documents, proof of address, or other verification information.
  • Failure to provide verification may result in feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination.

Third-Party Services

Smither integrates with trusted service providers, including:

  • Plaid for banking connectivity.
  • MoonPay for fiat-to-crypto conversions.

By using Smither, you also agree to the terms of these providers where applicable. Smither is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
