Fees

Smither charges a 1% fee on withdrawals. Sending payments is free. Third-party on-ramp fees (such as those charged by MoonPay) may apply when purchasing USDC with fiat currency and will be disclosed prior to each transaction confirmation.

Compliance (AML / KYC)

Smither complies with all applicable **Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** and **Know Your Customer (KYC)** obligations.

You may be required to provide identification documents, proof of address, or other verification information.

Failure to provide verification may result in feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination.

By using Smither, you also agree to the applicable terms of these providers. Smither is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
